  • What areas do you cover?
    We cover all Richmond, VA and all surrounding counties. Ship within the 50 states.
  • What are your hours of operation?
    We are available to our customers Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm and on Saturdays from 8am-3pm. Our telephone contact number is 804-735-2585
  • How do I place an order?
    The first step in placing an order is to complete our online order inquiry form. Upon completing and submitting an inquiry form, you will be contacted by a Tisse's Sweet Treatz team member who will assist in securing your order. You can order directly order online then you will be contacted by a Tisse's Sweet Treatz.
  • What is required to secure an order?
    To secure your event date and your order, a 50% retainer security deposit is required. We DO NOT guaruntee any orders or dates without a retainer security deposit being made.
  • How to book?
    We need a $50 non refundable deposit to book your preffered date, this will also act as your security deposit which will be returned within 48 hours of pick up when equipment has been checked. Any damage will be deducted from the security deposit. The remainder of the balance is due 7 days before the teeparty. We can accept cash on occassion. Please be advised until payment is received dates are not fully confirmed.
  • How can payments be made?
    We can accept, Debit/Credit card & Bank transfer for deposit. Balance can be paid by Debit/Credit card, Bank transfer or cash on the day of set up.
  • Are the retainer security depsoits refundable?
    All retainer security deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. We ask that our clients please make certain that you understand the policy and order guidelines before making the payment for your retainer security deposit.
  • Why is a retainer security deposit required?
    The retainer security deposit lets us know that you are serious about your order and allows us to get the ball rolling on completing your edible artistry.
