The first step in placing an order is to complete our online order inquiry form. Upon completing and submitting an inquiry form, you will be contacted by a Tisse's Sweet Treatz team member who will assist in securing your order.

To secure your event date and your order, a 50% retainer security deposit is required. We DO NOT guaruntee any orders or dates without a retainer security deposit being made.

We need a $50 non refundable deposit to book your preffered date, this will also act as your security deposit which will be returned within 48 hours of pick up when equipment has been checked. Any damage will be deducted from the security deposit.

The remainder of the balance is due 7 days before the teeparty. We can accept cash on occassion.

We can accept, Debit/Credit card & Bank transfer for deposit. Balance can be paid by Debit/Credit card, Bank transfer or cash on the day of set up.

All retainer security deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. We ask that our clients please make certain that you understand the policy and order guidelines before making the payment for your retainer security deposit.

The retainer security deposit lets us know that you are serious about your order and allows us to get the ball rolling on completing your edible artistry.
