We do not offer refunds. We are happy to exchange if the error was made by Tisse's Sweet Treatz. Once treatz leave my possession please follow instructions DON’T leave Chocolate in hott cars !
Once a pick-up time is agreed upon, if you are unable to pick-up your order at that time (within a 20-minute window from agreed upon time), you will be assessed a $25 late fee that will be due before releasing your order. If Tisse's Sweet Treatz has other scheduled commitments that conflict with your original pick-up time and no prior arrangements were made at least 24 hours prior to your pick-up time, you will have to confirm a new pick-up time based on Tisse's Sweet Treatz availability. If an emergency delivery is requested the day of your event because you are unable to pick up your order at the previously agreed upon time, your items may not be delivered on time for your event due to the last-minute request. The same day emergency delivery fee is $65 (within a 15-mile radius) and will be due and expected at the time of delivery or your order will not be released. We do NOT offer any same-day emergency deliveries for any orders outside of the 10-mile radius.
PLEASE NOTE:
1. Federal and State laws require that purchasers of alcoholic beverages be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Alcoholic beverages may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least twenty (21) years or older.
2. By processing any alcoholic orders through a Tisse's Sweet Treatz web site, the User is confirming that he/she is at least twenty-one (21) years or older.
3. User agrees to provide valid photo identification at the time of delivery. Valid forms of identification include a valid driver’s license or non-driver identification card issued by the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles, the Federal Government, a State Government, Commonwealth, Possession or Territory of the United States or a Provincial Government of Canada; or a valid U.S. passport, or valid passport of any other country; or a valid military ID from the U.S. (NYS, ABC Law Section 65-b.2(b))
4. Delivery and sale of alcoholic beverages will be made by a participating package store, vendor, liquor store and/or restaurant and not by Tisse's Sweet Treatz .
5. In processing any alcoholic beverage order(s), neither Tisse's Sweet Treatz nor any officer, director, employee, shareholder or agent of Tisse's Sweet Treatz , LLC shall be liable to the User or any third-party relating to the purchase, sale, delivery and/or consumption of the alcoholic beverage or any consequences which flow therefrom.
6. User shall indemnify and hold harmless Tisse's Sweet Treatz and its officers, directors, employees, shareholders or agents (“Indemnified Parties”), from and against, for and in respect of, any and all claims, demands, losses, costs and expenses (including the cost of any investigation and reasonable attorney’s fees), damages, obligations, deficiencies, and liabilities, which arise or result from or are related to (a) the processing of the alcoholic beverage order; (b) the purchase of the alcoholic beverage(s); (c) the delivery of the alcoholic beverage(s); and, (d) consumption of the alcoholic beverage(s), and/or any consequences which flow therefrom.
By purchasing alcoholic beverages through Tisse's Sweet Treatz , I confirm that I am at least 21 years of age and agree to provide valid photo identification at time of delivery.
